We greet you with love and respect. It is not easy on your planet now. The energies are intense. You are each striving to become your best selves and sometimes you see parts of yourselves you have outgrown. Go easy, we say. Be kind to yourselves. Part of growth is letting go of old ways. This is mastery, dear ones, releasing parts of self that no longer serve. As you grow into your new self, recognize you will find a flow of being that once seemed impossible. Trust, beloveds. Know you are on the right path and that in time these new ways will feel easy and natural. Travel well, dear ones, The Guides @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ Dear Beloved Tribe, I am back from my long sojourn in Greece. My heart is full, I'm emotionally rested, and happy to be re-engaged with my work. Personally, I had the opportunity to explore a number of islands. The island of Patmos, where we had our retreat, was a beautiful blend of hills sweeping down to bays, flowers in fields, and goats with bells, munching along everywhere. We all learned a lot in the retreat. One participant said, "I think you do magic when you are working with the guides to help us and this is the real meat of your retreats." Look delicious? Ready to go? Stay tuned. I will be leading another trip to Greece next May. Details will be out in September. Here's a picture of our group on a ferry headed towards Patmos. Solstice and Planetary Energies Solstice is Friday, June 21st. It's summer solstice for those of us in the northern hemisphere and winter solstice for those in the south. Summer solstice marks the longest day of the year, often thought to be the official beginning of summer. At this time the sun moves from Gemini to Cancer. Cancer sun brings us into a more feminine, inner time. Essentially our focus moves from the throat chakra to the heart chakra, encouraging the inner work of nourishing and honoring our deepest selves. The next Mercury retrograde, beginning July 7th, will give us time to re-evaluate and upgrade ourselves in many arenas. Astrologer Molly McCord gives an in depth report in her podcast. Sending much love to each of you, Kristina
